Agora Stop API issue

I DiD the setup of Agora Restful API Acquire,Start,Stop. The moment i am trying to hit the stop API facing an error code :435
It means that nothing Recorded or nothing started recording. There are some Screen shot that I shared earlier with the previous Ticket
