Error Message | Unable to Register Sellers

Hi — I’m getting the error message:

“Sorry, due to a technical error we are unable to register sellers at this time. Please try again later.”

I have gone through the documentation and set up my 1) Stripe and 2) Admin Rights.

What else could be causing this?
