How to Conjure PDF with multiple pages using nested backend workflow

Hi guys, hi support

I wrote about this a few days ago, and ended up booking a consultancy call. Learned that the bare minimum for a developer to even look at this is $3,000. Thank you but this is an hour or two fix, not 50.

Here is my earlier post with more details

I’m looking for a solution here, I tried all sorts of solutions to make this work and it is not difficult for me to do the work, but no one is giving any instructions. Conjure PDF action doesn’t work when it needs to process multiple inputs. It would be helpful to know what is the right setup, and if it means spending another $50 for Pro plugin, I am more than happy to do it. But I am unwilling to spend extra money without any pointers, guidance, support, or if the job can be done with the PDF Conjurer (not pro) plugin. But no one can give me an answer.

I already purchased Print PRO Plugin believing that it can generate PDF’s. It can, but only for client-side, that is “print/download”.

Conjurer documentation doesn’t mention setting up multiple pages. Can this be done only with the repeating structure? Will the input that is fed into Conjure PDF be different than what I am getting by having a nested API that generates multiple pages?

I understand you provide only “general support”, but Zeroqode is not giving me any other option than getting an answer for some thousands of USD.

Hi @karaulal ,

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I understand how frustrating it can be when things aren’t working as expected, and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific use case for compiling multiple-page PDFs within the PDF Conjurer plugin on our documentation page. I realize this may be a bit frustrating if you’re expecting more detailed guidance.

If hiring a Zeroqode consultancy team for this task is beyond your budget, I would recommend looking for assistance from a freelancer who specializes in Bubble, or you could try posting in the Bubble forum’s Help section. The community there is often very helpful, and you might be able to find some free advice on how to set up your backend workflow for this use case.

As for your question about the PDF Conjurer plugin, it’s typically used for compiling dynamic data, but for multiple pages, it might require a more complex setup, such as using repeating groups to handle the pagination. Unfortunately, I can’t provide a step-by-step solution for that right now.

If you decide to continue with the Pro version of the plugin, the additional features might help with your requirements, but I’d recommend trying to get some guidance on the forum first.

I hope this helps a bit, and let me know if you have any other questions!

Best regards,
Support Team
