Image processing using Imgix - New Plugin from Zeroqode

This amazing plugin will enable you and your users to process any images with multitude of cool effects using Imgix image processor. For example it can adjust the brightness and contrast, apply multiple color effects like blur, sepia and monochrome, add branding to your images by printing a watermark into any uploaded image, overlay text or detect faces and much more. To use this plugin you would need to sign up at https://www.imgix.com/ and obtain Imgix Webproxy Source’s Domain as well as the secure token.

When ready, simply place the plugin element on the page and set it up in the workflow. You have to link the original image in workflow to apply necessary filters and changes.

Hey Levon

I downloaded this plugin, but then saw the limitation that Imgix can only be applied to images hosted in application data.

Is there any easy way to migrate externally hosted images to an internal Bubble host?

Hello,

Is there a way to integrate multiple “adjustments” on the same picture in a workflow ?

So my picture more brightness, gamma and exposure

Hello, yes, that should be possible

I am using a Aircolorpicker to custom the tex colort on the picture.

Basically, the aircolor picker gives a color value, hex format (like #FFFFFF).
Then I insert a dynamic data"Aircolorpicker’value" in the imgIX plugin in the text color field.

I receive an error message. I feel like imgIX don’t recognize the variable.

Do you know how to handle it ?

try to use custom state in between. So assign aircolorpicker value to the custom state first and then user that custom state’s value in the plugin

Hi @levon

I would like to know if the plugin supports nudity/pornographic image detection. I am using this plugin and I can find a way to enable that. I was able to upload a nudity picture.

Hey @levon,
I discovered this plugin through your e-course. It’s pretty awesome.
Could you maybe help out with configuring imgix? My use-case is adding the plugin to the user registration flow of the Hackerly template. (to center profile photos and to monochrome product logos).

My questions is about
-Choosing my subdomain: Is that the url of my bubble app? (I still haven’t gone Live with my app)
-Image source: Is it amazon S3 or web proxy? (again, I’m using the same setting and flow as the Hackerly template)

Any inputs would be great

Here are the answers to your questions:

After the registration on https://www.imgix.com/ you will have the option to insert the name of the subdomiain. Just insert the name you want and then take resulted subdomain from there.​

You can use Amazon S3 or just point the source to Bubble Database.

Figured it out in case anyone else is wondering the same thing, had to use ListShifter and was able to get it working.

It’s good to hear that you were able to find a suitable alternative. However, I would like to point out that this is possible with our plugin. Multiple images can be processed with the correct setup in the Conditional within plugin element.
