I’m using your screenshot plugin, but one image area within the group is being saved differently from how it appears on the web. This image area is variable, and the images that come in could be of any ratio. In Bubble, I made it appear correctly, as shown in the capture below. However, when I download it, the clothing image gets distorted. What could be the issue?

Additionally, could you please provide screenshots and screencast showing how you’ve set up the plugin element, the related workflows, the issue you’re encountering, and the desired outcome? For recording, you may use the Loom tool.
