I’m still finding it difficult to add the email. It’s not a bubble user bubble says. However, can’t the issue be fixed by an update? It’s the exact same steps your said as above just the only problem now is that it don’t show the page on redirect where user can fill in name and email.

Thanks for feedback. I’m afraid there the issue is in the workflow action setups, which is why we are asking to add our account to your Bubble editor, so we can tweak it a bit on your side and test it out.

It is strange that you cannot add the email. Could you please share a couple of screenshots or a screencast of what Bubble is telling you? So we can see what’s going on there.

Also, what Bubble plan is your app using?

Using a personal plan. And bubble says the email you trying to add is not a registered bubble user please contact them to join.
