- The device type and operating system version you’re testing on, as well as the version of the plugin you have installed.
- If error messages appear during screencasts, please ensure your browser console is open and share a link to your recording.
- If the plugin has an update available, could you try installing it to see if it resolves the issue? If the problem persists, please send us the requested details above.

I’ve reviewed our demo editor page and was unable to replicate the reported issue. However, based on your video, it seems the plugin might be triggering faster than the page itself.
To address this, could you please try adding a slight delay before triggering the Walkthrough plugin element? You can do this by using the “Add a pause before next action” workflow action. This should ensure that all elements load correctly before the tour starts.
